About the Role:
We are seeking a Paid Social Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operations of our beauty client's US and Canada Digital Marketing & Media budget, focusing on budget forecasting, weekly pacing, data analysis, and invoice processing for Paid Social. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving organization within our Paid Media program. Reporting to the Manager of Media Investment Strategy, you'll collaborate within a high-performing Media Center of Excellence alongside teams managing Programmatic Display, Paid Search, Affiliate, and Brand Media.
Key Responsibilities:
Budget Forecasting & Actualization (35%)
- Update forecast and non-working spend documents with the latest projections.
- Track actual media spending by channel, conducting variance analysis to ensure alignment with set objectives and goals.
Invoice Processing (10%)
- Manage the end-to-end invoice process, including receiving and uploading invoices from media vendors.
- Ensure invoices are accurate, properly documented, and processed in a timely manner for payment.
Budget & Pacing Tracking (40%)
- Oversee weekly pacing across all channels by updating pacing documents and sharing updates with the broader team.
- Support the Media Investment Strategy Manager with intra-channel budget allocations and data needs for adjustments.
- Monitor budget allocations for Paid Social campaigns, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and regularly updating budget trackers.
Creative Handoffs (15%)
- Act as the liaison between the Media Campaign Sr. Manager and agency teams, coordinating the hand-off of creative assets.
- Collect necessary materials, including ad creatives, copy, and visual assets, and organize handoffs in sync with monthly media plans.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2+ years of work experience, with at least 1 year in digital marketing, Paid Social, or marketing finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field, or relevant experience.
Competencies and Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a hypothesis-driven approach.
- High attention to detail, able to manage complex data while focusing on business goals.
- Proactive in data exploration and opportunity identification, with a natural curiosity for data insights.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to contribute to various projects.
- Basic understanding of marketing channels, especially Paid Social, and their role in the customer journey.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.40 to $33.78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
