Full Job Description
Our client, a player in the travel space, is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join their Paid Media Team!
This is a full-time, hybrid (Tues-Thurs) role in Cambridge, MA.
The Paid Search Specialist will be joining the paid media team and will be focused on both paid search and paid social and will be responsible for optimizing, managing and expanding the marketing campaigns across active paid media channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Execute day to day implementation, testing, optimization of channels including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, Google Display Network, Criteo and TikTok
- Support media team's strategic monthly budgeting and goals
- Assist with weekly/monthly reporting and support
- Present complex data sets to senior leadership in a clear way
- Write compelling and innovative ad copy and refresh ads to drive continuous improvements
- Analyze campaign, keyword and ad performance
- Conduct keyword research and identify new opportunities for campaigns
- Monitor search queries mapping to paid search campaigns
- Track paid search auction insights
- Execute regular creative refreshes across channels
- Collaborate cross functionally with team members in marketing and creative to align on key messaging
- Work with analytics team to develop new reporting as needed
The ideal Paid Search Specialist will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in media/digital marketing; media agency exp a plus!
- Expert knowledge of Google and Bing Ads - with metrics and definitions
- Experience managing paid social campaigns on Facebook and Tiktok
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4
- Excellent excel skills
- Analytical skills to gather actionable insights from data sets
- Strong writing skills and good eye for design
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Bonus points if you have experience with Tableau, Pinterest ads or native advertising
