Job Responsibilities:
Assists Operations Manager with the following:
- Employee and customer Treasury Management Services.
- Maintaining all data processing system parameters, operations software, and operations supply inventory.
- Review of release notes for product enhancements, enable features accordingly, and update deposit cheat sheets as necessary.
- The supervision, installation and implementation of all new data processing software and ensures efficient delivery of products and services.
- Coordination of all ACH services, activities and Treasury ACH Reclamations.
- Monthly and quarterly submission of various files and payments.
- Set-up, maintenance and implementation of system reports as needed by bank personnel. Performs mass changes and imports various files on computer system.
- Data input and reconcilement duties consistent with bank operations.
- Month-end and year-end processing.
- Review and evaluation of systems operations personnel.
- Subpoenas, summons, and record research requests.
- Prepare and submit various record research requests.
- Preparation of the annual Executive Board summaries for ACH, wires and Remote Deposit Capture.
