Position Overview: We're hiring an OBIEE Developer to support the Veterans Benefits Administration. In this role, you must be able to create logical and functional software code in a variety of languages. Must have experience in understanding and articulating the benefits and risks associated with different coding languages in different functional environments. Must have experience reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary. 

Responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain reports within OBIEE. 
• Structure data in OBIEE. 
• Participates in the OBIEE system design, modernization, and innovative development efforts. 
• Participates in team calls and meetings. 
• Provides accurate and timely status reports on the progress of assigned tasks. 
• Coaches and mentors lesser experienced junior developers. 
• Creates and maintains Documentation on OBIEE processes and procedures and participates in periodic reviews of existing processes.? 

Requirements

• Some SAS server experience (would like to have but not necessary). 
• Experience with making OBIEE reports 508 compliant (would like to have). 
• Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline, an additional 8 years of experience considered in lieu of degree.  
• 8+ years' experience in Oracle BI reporting products, especially OBIEE and data warehousing BI solutions. 
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. 

Clearance, background investigation:
