As part of the NFP’s brand marketing team, you will create and maintain mobile-first, responsive, user-friendly web applications. The Mid-Level Front-End Developer will collaborate with other developers, designers, and marketers to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet the needs of NFP and its internal clients.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Experienced with HTML, CSS (SCSS), jQuery, C#, and Razor
- Strong knowledge of Bootstrap, SASS/LESS, and Gulp/Grunt
- Exposure to RESTful APIs, JSON, ASP.NET, MVC and SQL, and CI/CD pipelines
- Version Control/Git: Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.
- Browser Developer Tools: Familiarity with browser developer tools.
- Front-End Frameworks and Libraries: Knowledge of popular front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience building mobile-first and responsive designs for the web.
- Excellent understanding and work in Enterprise CMS systems (such as Kentico, Sitecore, or Umbraco)
- Understanding of techniques to optimize web page loading times and overall performance.
- Awareness of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Understanding of browser differences and potential issues.

- Ability to troubleshoot common front-end issues and research solutions independently.
- Strong basic and advanced debugging skills. Proficient with using tools, error messages, and logical deduction to find and resolve problems.
- Ability to focus on and break down tasks into manageable pieces.

- Understand and prioritize user experience and usability.
- Time management skills are required to ensure you meet deadlines and balance your workload effectively. Embrace a sense of ownership for your tasks.

- Participate in project planning sessions, estimating work effort and providing insights into technical feasibility.
- Active listening, effective communication, and articulating ideas clearly and concisely.
- Create clear and thorough documentation for projects.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 6-10 Years working in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $100,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
