This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week.
Summary
In this role at NFP, you will be supporting and driving marketing efforts for regional initiatives and sales needs. You will lead the local marketing team and work heavily with the leadership team in the region including the regional president, HR, sales and sales enablement leaders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading the region’s marketing strategy, collaborating with local leadership and supporting regional business priorities and local offices within.
- Serving as the point of contact for marketing in the region and managing the marketing team which includes 1 support marketing manager with potential for growth long-term
- Understanding the regional business needs and developing strategic integrated marketing solutions to deliver results.
- Heavy collaboration with the sales and sales enablement teams regionally, developing targeted marketing collateral that align with sales goals.
- Execution of all internal and external recurring communications regionally.
- Execution of corporate communications regionally and following standard review protocol between the region and corporate teams.
- The collection, creation and deployment of marketing materials utilizing the creative and meetings/event teams in the marketing department.
- Marketing support for regional meetings and client events, coordinating closely with the teams responsible for event management and training development/delivery.
- In collaboration with the marketing team, running regional, targeted lead gen campaigns, working with your local leadership to identify goals and measuring performance throughout.
- Collaboration with the marketing team on high-level corporate initiatives as appropriate to your role.
- Managing local offices pages on NFP.com including content creation, maintenance and evolving to new capabilities as the region grows and expands.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities
- 10+ years of marketing/communications experience.
- Marketing plan/strategy/timeline development with experience with client, prospect and employee facing communications.
- Understanding of the sales/lead nurturing process and how marketing fits into that structure.
- Understanding of the technical aspects of print design and production.
- Familiarity/experience with the following tools is not mandatory, but a plus:
- SalesForce (or similar CRM).
- Pardot (or similar marketing automation platform).
- Workamajig (or similar project management tool).
- Workplace by Facebook.
- SalesLoft (or similar sales engagement tool).
- Marketing Library/Content Management System to Manage/Download marketing materials.
- Email management and deployment.
- Event Marketing Management.
- Industry Sponsorship Marketing Management.
- Website(s) Client Review Management.
- General project management (from clients, to creative team and events team through a project management system).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Education and/or Experience
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $120,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
