Wireless Sales and Innovation Manager
Overall responsibility for driving revenue growth and developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies to achieve wireless sales objectives at Southern Communications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a related field like business, finance, or marketing. Sometimes, a master's degree or higher, such as an MBA, is preferred. The ideal candidate should have 10 or more years of experience working in sales or business development, with a successful track record of achieving revenue targets. Strong commercial skills and experience are crucial, as you will be responsible for sales, marketing, and partnership efforts to maximize revenue for the company.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing company revenue in the wireless industry.
- Core Hosting Sales (Nation Wide)
- LTE Service Offerings within Service Territory
- CBRS Monetization
- Fixed Wireless Sales
- Develop Wireless BEAD strategy/opportunities
- Align and optimize various departments, such as operations, finance, and customer service to collectively work towards enhancing revenue generation. Also, will be key point of contact with the various Operating Company business units
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats for the business.
- Establish annual revenue targets and develop budgets and forecasts to help the company achieve its financial goals.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and increase long-term revenue.
- Mentor team members in sales, marketing, and other revenue-related departments.
- Regularly report progress and revenue performance to company stakeholders, including the CEO of Southern Communications
