What we're looking for

  • Outstanding service delivery is one of Gainwell's great strengths. Play a vital role in achieving that as we deliver better health and human services outcomes.
  • Manage and oversee a service delivery testing team to ensure Gainwell's testing products and services are delivered according to project schedule.
  • Look ahead as you work with account teams to understand demand forecasts and assist accounts in proposing, planning, and delivering testing services.
  • Navigate complex relationships between delivery and client groups to ensure stronger client relationships.
  • Create more satisfied clients by identifying service improvements.
  • Support proposal teams to integrate new, enhanced, and existing service offerings for current and new accounts.
  • Bolster our workforce by selecting and hiring employees to support your team; train them to enhance their performance, development, and work products.
  • ubstantial leadership or supervisory experience in support services, project leadership or program management in a technology industry
  • Working understanding of healthcare technology industry and products
  • Strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication skills to build relationships and interact with clients and team members
  • Skilled in managing projects, financial budgets, and forecasting
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to deliver high-quality results to clients, helping to quickly problem-solve roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery

Your role in our mission

  • 15+ years leading resources in test related excellence
  • Experience deploying and leading testing transformation through technology including Automation, Performance, Shift Left and AI
  • Able to oversee complex technical programs and multi-vendor solutions
  • In depth understanding of government healthcare programs preferred
  • Strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication skills to build relationships and interact with clients and team members
  • Skilled in managing projects, financial budgets, capacity planning and forecasting
  • Able to drive results using various software life cycles and tools
  • Exceptional in testing processes and tools to deploy and refine testing center of excellence procedures including test development, execution, results and defect management
  • Establish enterprise-wide testing metrics and drive positive change
  • Motivate and inspire diverse international teams to deliver high-quality results to all leadership levels and clients
  • Rapid problem-solving skills to remove roadblocks and ensure on-time delivery
  • Hands on functional, performance and automation experience

The pay range for this position is $93,400- $116,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
