Manage and oversee a service delivery testing team to ensure Gainwell's testing products and services are delivered according to project schedule.

Look ahead as you work with account teams to understand demand forecasts and assist accounts in proposing, planning, and delivering testing services.

Navigate complex relationships between delivery and client groups to ensure stronger client relationships.

Create more satisfied clients by identifying service improvements.

Support proposal teams to integrate new, enhanced, and existing service offerings for current and new accounts.

Bolster our workforce by selecting and hiring employees to support your team; train them to enhance their performance, development, and work products.

ubstantial leadership or supervisory experience in support services, project leadership or program management in a technology industry

Working understanding of healthcare technology industry and products

Strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication skills to build relationships and interact with clients and team members

Skilled in managing projects, financial budgets, and forecasting

Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to deliver high-quality results to clients, helping to quickly problem-solve roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery

Your role in our mission

15+ years leading resources in test related excellence

Experience deploying and leading testing transformation through technology including Automation, Performance, Shift Left and AI

Able to oversee complex technical programs and multi-vendor solutions

In depth understanding of government healthcare programs preferred

Strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication skills to build relationships and interact with clients and team members

Skilled in managing projects, financial budgets, capacity planning and forecasting

Able to drive results using various software life cycles and tools

Exceptional in testing processes and tools to deploy and refine testing center of excellence procedures including test development, execution, results and defect management

Establish enterprise-wide testing metrics and drive positive change

Motivate and inspire diverse international teams to deliver high-quality results to all leadership levels and clients

Rapid problem-solving skills to remove roadblocks and ensure on-time delivery

Hands on functional, performance and automation experience

The pay range for this position is $93,400- $116,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
