The Northmarq Product Marketing Manager will partner with business leaders to identify marketing goals and create integrated marketing plans to support those goals. They will work independently and alongside marketing colleagues on the Corporate Marketing & Communications team and Property Marketing teams to execute and measure the business impact of the tactics they deploy. This role will be accountable for building and executing strategic marketing plans, conceiving and managing campaigns, defining and creating sales enablement tools, and measuring and reporting results of these efforts for key business units/product teams within Northmarq.   *This position offers a flexible environment and is available for immediate start.   Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop & Execute Integrated Marketing Strategies
    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for business units, product teams across all channels (digital, social, content, media, etc.)
    • Define target audiences, positioning, key messaging, and channel strategies to maximize impact
    • Collaborate closely with colleagues across all facets of marketing to ensure seamless execution of the overarching marketing strategies for businesses and product areas
  • Oversee Product and Specialty Group Launches
    • Define target audiences, key messages and positioning in support of strategic business priorities   
    • Collaborate closely with internal clients (business partners/department leaders/sales leaders) and Marketing & Communications team members to build and execute successful launches of new offering and promotion of existing products and services
    • Monitor post-launch performance, analyze results, and make necessary adjustments to the go-to-market strategy
  • Conduct Marketing Research and Analysis
    • Conduct competitor research and identify Northmarq differentiators by product or segment
    • Working with business partners, identify and measure KPIs that support business goals
    • Mine data and themes to deliver high-impact, compelling marketing strategies
  • Demonstrate Brand Stewardship
    • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging for new products, ensuring alignment with the overall company brand
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality marketing assets, including collateral, content, ad copy, social media content, website copy
    • Prepare marketing materials in collaboration with the brand and creative team to deliver on business partners’ priorities
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications/PR or related fields
  • 6+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated experience in product marketing, integrated marketing, and/or end-to-end market planning
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for products or services preferably in a B2B professional services industry
  • Deep experience developing and executing plans that leverage integrated marketing solutions including digital marketing channels (search, social, web, demand gen), content marketing, and paid and earned media
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively and collaboratively with business leaders and corporate business partners to deliver marketing solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive marketing messages
  • Experience with data analysis and performance marketing with the ability to draw insights and create data-informed marketing plans
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills with ability to work with internal team members and subject matter experts to build and deliver marketing plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Commercial real estate experience is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with other Microsoft suite of products: Word, Excel, Teams
  • General knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Experience with Asana – or a similar project management tool – and establishing new workflows
  • A collaborative self-starter, this leader must demonstrate experience with relationship building, critical thinking, excellent judgement
  • Demonstrated success establishing priorities and developing strategies in support of goals and objectives
  • Must possess strong organization and prioritization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
  • Professionally represents the Marketing & Communication team in a variety of organization settings acting as a liaison and orchestrator of key efforts
  • Ability to be self-directed and willingness to take initiative

The minimum salary for the Manager, Product Marketing position is $100,000.00 annually or [$48.08 per hour] and the maximum salary is $125,000.00 annually [or $60.10 per hour].
