The Manager, Finance Business Partner will partner with the global Corporate Functions leadership, with specific support for IT, to provide financial insights and data to enable strategic decision-making that will drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
Finance Business Partnership
Manage the execution of enterprise finance processes to support the Corporate Functions including KPIs and reporting.
Partners with assigned partner area leadership in strategy development for their area of accountability.
Provides financial oversight & partnering with all levels of assigned partner area management.
Collaborate with reporting COE to deliver standardize reporting for assigned partner area KPIs.
Lead 5-year planning/budget/forecast processes for assigned partner area.
Collaborate with Plant Finance COE to ensure partner area management are appropriately supported on questions related to accounting and costing.
Collaborate with FP&A on 5-year planning/budget/forecast processes for assigned partner areas.
Collaborate with Controllership and FP&A teams on monthly/quarterly close analysis.
People Leadership
Provide mentoring and coaching to other Finance team members.
Provide clear work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work.
Provide feedback to leaders as part of the performance review and career development processes for indirect reports.
Other job duties and projects as assigned.
What do you need for this role?
Bachelor's Degree required, major in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related area
7+ years of experience in finance or business
Strong business partner experience
Strong analytical skills and ability to link financial reports to business strategies.
Process improvement oriented and cost management focused with experience in performance management and KPI tracking.
Experience working on multiple projects / cross functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of financial management and generally accepted accounting principal (GAAP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
