Full Job Description
- Lead and participate in IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, assisting in their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Engineer, with a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and solutions.
- Skilled in the administration and support of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Teams, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office 365, Power Platform, PowerShell, and Azure platforms.
- Have worked with or had exposure to a variety of Automation platforms for example Ansible, UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.
- In-depth understanding of network protocols and services like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and their application within Microsoft infrastructures.
- Adept at creating and deploying substantial security frameworks for environments based on Microsoft technologies.
- Possesses excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities, capable of identifying and fixing intricate technical problems.
- Outstanding communication and social skills, ensuring strong connections with both customers and providing timely updates to senior leadership.
- Skilled in managing and contributing to multiple critical projects that garner the interest of senior leadership.
- The following Microsoft Certifications are preferred: Microsoft 365 fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Administrator, or Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert
