In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives managing all activities in a project life cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing associated with projects that are long-term and cross functional with broad impact, scope, and complexity
Act as key participant in large-scale project planning and budgets for technology delivery
Review, analyze and initiate complex multi-faceted enterprise support operations, organizational systems knowledge, and navigation to anticipate change impacts that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Ensure full understanding of project impacts that translate into comprehensive engagement strategies
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end while developing and implementing program and project level processes, procedures, and performance metrics
Demonstrate understanding of engineering and change management standards, policy, methodology, and artifact creation that influence and lead teams to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Strategically collaborate and consult with stakeholders, project leads, mid-level to senior managers sponsors and business partners to clarify and define project requirements, balance resourcing and prioritization needs, and achieve goals
Provide cross-product guidance, reporting, and collaboration to provide project health status to stakeholders
Proactively manage risks and dependencies with appropriate escalations, mitigation strategies, and follow through of actions
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience coordinating requirements, testing and implementation of medium to large scale enterprise projects with multiple dependencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data. Experience applying AI for data analysis is a strong plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create strong visual presentations to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences and prepare clear and concise documentation
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive consensus on solutions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Ability to analyze complex problems, generate creative solutions, and propose solutions to executive stakeholders
Exhibit strong consulting skills and experience
Exhibit leadership presence to influence executives to managers to individual contributors
