The client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Laboratory Technician

Position type: Full Time/Contract

Location : Delaware, OH

Duration : 3+ Months Possible Temp to Perm

Schedule: Onsite role

As a Laboratory Technician you will:

Identify and troubleshoot batch QC result abnormalities and take action as able.
Test all production samples as required - following SOPs as defined, performing test methods accurately, and recording all test results.
Support project and continuous improvement work as needed to help maintain project timelines.
Understand customer requirements and determine adjustments for batches as needed.
Collaborate with other QC teams, production, and technical groups to independently disposition batches.
Maintain all laboratory equipment and perform required calibrations as assigned.
Utilize immediate production and project needs to prioritize daily activities.
Maintain lab ancillary inventory, daily material stocking needs, and contribute to 6S.
Understand, support, and maintain Delaware's Quality Management System requirements.
Support Departmental X matrix action items as assigned.
Completion of development plans in entirety.
Execution of RCA tasks as assigned.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
