Seeking a junior and midlevel associate with one to five years of large law firm experience to join our labor and employment practice in our Miami office. The successful applicant must possess employment law experience, including single and/or multi-plaintiff litigation in federal and state court and arbitration, working on wage and hour, discrimination, and other class-action lawsuits, briefing motions, and handling ESI discovery.
