Seasonal Part-Time Gardener

What You'll Do
- Nurture and maintain our lush gardens by planting, pruning, and watering flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Actively identify and address plant health issues using eco-friendly methods.
- Keep our garden beds pristine through weeding and mulching.
- Guide and collaborate with the landscaping team, ensuring top-notch care.
- Masterfully operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Monitor irrigation systems, tweaking them to perfection when needed.
- Lend your creative touch to seasonal planting and landscape design projects.
What We're Looking For
- Someone with prior experience in gardening or landscaping (bonus if it's in a resort or hospitality setting!).
- An expert in Southern Oregon's native plants, drought-tolerant species, and pollinator-friendly flora.
- A sustainable gardening enthusiast who understands organic practices.
- A team player who can also work independently in various weather conditions.
- A physically capable individual ready to tackle tasks with stamina and precision (lifting up to 50lbs, bending, kneeling).
- Detail-oriented with an artistic eye for landscape beauty.
