The IT Solutions Analyst Lead for SAP Financials is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and improving digital capabilities for Mosaic. This role will lead the delivery of solutions for Mosaic’s Information Technology department, focused on SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) modules including Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Profit Center Accounting, and Chart of Accounts. The IT Solution Analyst Lead will work closely with Product Owners, IT Partners, 3rd Party Vendors, and Finance stakeholders to develop solutions based on business priorities while leveraging SAFe Agile methodologies. This is a key role within Mosaic to provide the technical acumen and functional expertise that results in comprehensive solutions across Mosaic’s business. This role is primarily focused within the corporate finance area and requires strong expertise in SAP Financials.
What will you do?
Application Design and Deployment
Partner with key stakeholders in building a FICO roadmap and participation on all projects impacting Finance and Accounting team.
Lead the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting of core business applications and systems.
Lead assigned portions of and/or participate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of requirements and deliverables.
Translate non-technical requirements into highly technical specifications and provide specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
Manage the set-up and configuration of SAP FICO and supporting systems.
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
Manage and maintain overall solution architecture, scalability, and integrity.
Work with Integration Architects to ensure all systems interface into the solution’s technology stack.
Communicate the solution context and intent and align stakeholders on the technical direction.
Work with vendors and suppliers to evaluate options for solutions and services ensuring external requirements and features are incorporated into solution designs
Establish and enforce standards as part of the solution roadmap development
Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
Testing, Documentation and Procedures
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
Develop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, etc.)
Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
Team Leadership
Serve as the subject matter expert for solution development in the assigned area.
Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members. Serve as the first reviewer for work performed by junior team members.

What do you need for this role?
Associate's degree in computer science, business or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Technical Certification(s) within Software Development discipline or Software Application is preferred
7+ years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC Finance Applications
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, including a strong understanding of FICO and Controlling (CO)
Experience with Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order, Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Profit Center Accounting and Master Data Management.
Strong knowledge of dependencies with Billing and Invoicing in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
Knowledge of Project Systems (PS), Inventory Management (IM), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD)
Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applications.
Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban preferred
Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
