Internship Program​ 

Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Become part of the Tiffany & Co. legacy and discover how we craft expressions of joy that last a lifetime.​ 

Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.​ 

Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.​ 

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.​

The Tiffany & Co. Sustainability & Philanthropy team is seeking a summer intern to help support key strategic goals and initiatives. Planned tasks include driving progress on our net-zero roadmap, contributing to sustainability communication to employees and clients, and providing additional traceability and climate programmatic strategic report as required.

Key Accountabilities

Drive progress on net-zero roadmap:  

  • Support Climate lead in the development of executive materials that demonstrate progress against carbon reduction targets 
  • Leverage internal climate calculator to estimate CO2 impact of proposed supply chain and industrial initiatives

Contribute to sustainability communication intended for employees and clients: 

  • Contribute to Sustainability Reporting including GRI and UNGC summary documents 
  • Contribute to preparing awards applications, documenting previous submissions 
  • Support in the drafting of Tiffany & Co. Green Teams and other internal employee education communications 
  • Assist Conservation Specialist in documenting Oceans Day volunteer activity impact for executive presentations and internal all employee updates 
  • Support Traceability Manager in drafting diamond communications that include updates to the Tiffany & Co. Diamond Craft Journey, Responsible Jewelry Council Certification and other relevant initiatives as applicable 

Provide additional Sustainability & Philanthropy strategic support as required 

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled or just completed a Master's Degree preferably with focus in Sustainability or Environmental Management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, including experience creating and presenting PowerPoint documents 
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, can synthesize information and offer recommendations/solutions 
  • Ability to independently manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong interest in sustainability concepts as well as emerging trends and concepts 
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills for interaction with key leadership functions 
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates ownership, works independently 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework or relevant professional experience on corporate sustainability 
  • Experience conducting landscape analysis
