Internship Program

As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. - Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
- Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
- Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
Position Overview
Retail Merchandising Intern for the Home & Accessories team will support execution of all aspects of financial and business analytical strategies. This position will support H&A Retail Analyst.
Key Accountabilities
Support for H&A global sales analysis and analytical tool management:
- Assist with building and maintaining merchandising sales reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual, LTD) and tools (sku roll up, etc.)
- Assist with analysis on monthly sales forecast from Demand Planning
- Partner with Sourcing to keep track of on order report and status of shipments for H&A products
- Assist with maintaining inventory management tool (active/discontinued report, T-flags, E-flags, current OH Inv, etc.)
- Assist with merchandising system management (AA, ATLAS) and assortment validation
- Assist with any executive meeting preparation (i.e. divisional meetings, zone president meetings, global regional walk throughs, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
- Business Management or Economics Major. MBA preferred.
