Internship Program

As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. - Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
- Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
- Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
Position Overview
Merchandising Intern for the Home & Accessories team will support execution of all aspects of merchandising and product assortment strategies including Home and Tableware, Handbags, Small Leather Goods and Textiles. This position will support H&A Merchandise Manager and Home Analyst.
Key Accountabilities
Assortment management and operational support:
- Help to update and maintain Merchandise assets (i.e. visual grids, monthly delivery flow charts, board decks, sample availability decks, etc).
- Provide support with ad hoc merchandising projects (merchandise flow boards, competitive pricing and market analysis, etc)
- Prepare and coordinate samples for Marketing, CVM, Creative, PDP photoshoots.
- Assist with any executive meeting preparation (i.e. divisional meetings, zone president meetings, global regional walk throughs, etc)

- Passionate about fashion (ideally Home and Accessories product categories)
- Enthusiastic and curious to learn

- Agile, flexible, and fluid mindset
- Ability to react quickly based on business needs
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet shifting deadlines

- Comfort working in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
