Internship Program
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. • Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
• Location: This position will be based out of our Parsippany, NJ.
• Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25.00 per hour.
Dedicated individual looking to expand their technical expertise through practical experience during our summer internship program. As an intern in our Level 2 Technical Support team focusing on server and network support within the IT operations department, you will be responsible for assisting with maintaining our core infrastructure components. This role is well-suited for those who have foundational knowledge of servers, networks, and desire hands-on experience in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks on servers including updates/patches installation under supervision. Troubleshoot server performance issues under guidance from senior technicians.
- Engage in root cause analysis alongside senior team members when resolving complex incidents affecting server or network operations
- Monitor network performance metrics and alert team members about anomalies or issues detected. Help with reporting and document network configurations and update existing documentation as needed.
- Gain exposure to disaster recovery plans execution procedures under mentorship from experienced staff
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled at an accredited university majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related technical discipline with a focus on networking/server administration
- Understanding of networking concepts including DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP etc., along with familiarity with Cisco or other vendor-specific networking equipment is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a proactive approach toward learning new technologies
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal & written
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of operating systems like Windows Server/Linux distributions
