Internship Program​ 

Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.​ 

Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.​ 

The Supply Chain/Industrial Stone Operations Intern will work in the gemstone operations department supporting various operations processes. The Intern will also work on special projects and tasks related to gemstone operations.

Key Accountabilities

Operations Tasks

  • Establish understanding of JDE inventory system as it relates to gemstone processing 
  • Learn about Inventory Management and perform related tasks such as Inventory Transfers and Cycle Counting
  • Train into Gemstone Operations processes such as Receiving and Purchasing and support with these tasks as needed
  • Train into the different Gemstone Operations Technology of Sarine, Imaging and Vision Counting and provide support to the department as needed
  • Learn about work order fulfillment, cross-train with team on how to supply gemstones and support the department as needed with this task

Operations Project Management

  • Work with Senior Analyst on compiling, updating and creating standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for all current gemstone operations processes
  • Work with Senior Analyst on KPI & Metric reporting 
  • Work with Manager on various department projects
  • Value Stream Mapping and Process Flows

Communication & Presentation

  • Utilize tools such as JDE, DAS, Excel, PowerPoint to deliver results and present data to Management
  • Identity two process improvement ideas

Health, Safety and Corporate Policy Adherence

  • Always Work safely by consistently following safe work procedures for your role, as well as all safety procedures required at your worksite

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Business or Supply Chain field curriculum program
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and attention to detail
  • MS Office skills particularly using Excel, Power Point, Visio and Word
