Internship Program​

Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.​ 

Location:This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.​ 

Salary:Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.​

A highly collaborative and cross-functional role, the DEIB summer intern plays a key role in driving DEIB throughout the organization. The DEIB summer intern will support the programming, administration, and operations for the DEIB department. The intern will work closely with the DEI Vice President, Director, Manager and Specialists on all aspects of the DEIB Global Strategy across People & Culture, Business, and Brand & Community.  

Key Accountabilities

  • Research global best practices on DEIB and employee experience to help inform strategy and initiatives.   
  • Provide production support for events and programming, including liaising with vendors, IT assistance, project timelines, etc. Support the ongoing activity of the Tiffany Global Employee Resource Groups, My Tiffany, and Tiffany Cares, Tiffany’s employee philanthropy program. 
  • Assist in developing and reviewing presentations, status updates, surveys and DEIB weekly communications (e.g. DEIB Newsletter). 
  • Provide key administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing databases, and updating the DEIB and ERG SharePoint Sites to keep the Tiffany employee community informed and engaged.  

Required Qualifications

  • Strong interest in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging with high EQ 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • High level of organization with experience working on multiple projects concurrently  
  • Currently enrolled in BA/BS degree 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience or exposure to DEIB, community affairs, social impact or related field  
  • Bilingual  
  • Global experience (whether in an internship or volunteer/study abroad)
