United Rentals Matting Solutions Division is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our team with a variety of office and operational tasks. As an Intern, you will provide hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, with exposure to administrative, accounting, and inventory management processes.
Duration: flexible/part-time options available from November 2024 through April 2025

What you'll do:
Administrative Support: assist with general office duties, including answering phones, organizing files, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and maintaining office supplies
Customer Interaction: respond to calls and inquiries professionally, ensuring excellent customer service
Accounting Assistance: support the finance team with basic tasks, such as data entry, invoice organization, and expense tracking
Inventory Support: assist with inventory tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate records and documentation
Facility Management: prepare coffee and maintain a tidy, welcoming office environment
Other duties as assigned: provide additional support to the team as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willingness to take on various tasks and learn new skills
