All Exmark products are designed to help customers increase productivity, while delivering unmatched quality.Inside Sales Support Representative:Responsible for supporting and coordinating the sales of Exmark related products to distributors and/or direct dealers. Manage the flow of orders to insure the attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals/plan by acting as a point of contact for distributor and dealer sales representatives.What Will You Do?In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- (40%) Primarily responsible for calling on individual dealers to cultivate new orders from our direct dealers. This can include forecasting, responding to dealer inquiries, demonstrating product, order status, and sales programs.
- (20%) Receive inbound sales orders for Exmark sales channel. This can include order placement, product availability, pricing, and shipment tracking.
- (15%) Assists in resolving credit issues between the commercial financing company and sales channel.
- (10%) Place proactive outbound calls to sales channel to solicit incremental orders on an as needed basis.
- (10%) Supports the sales efforts of Exmark remote sales staff through policy/program interpretation. This may include product transfers, freight exceptions, and communicating production schedules.
- (5%) Supports the Inside Sales Manager in determining allocation of product for our distributors and direct dealers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager
- Level I: HS Diploma with 0-2+ years of experience required; prefer sales administrative experience
- Level II: Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 0-2+ years of experience OR HS Diploma with 2+ years of experience required; prefer sales administrative experience
- Interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Strong data entry and systems navigation skills required
