Metals are sold either as-is or cut to made-to-measure sizes using plasma machines, water jets, lasers or saws. We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative position at our Racine, WI facility.
The Inside Sales Representative will manage the existing client relationships, develop new customers, and engage in daily activities to represent the company and its interest in support of the growth of the territory. Time will be spent doing Inside Sales quotations/follow-up and sales development for the customer base in the territory. Order entry will be a necessary function of the position. New accounts will be expected to be developed. You will also aid in other sales functions within the office as needed. You will be expected to perform the position on-site at our Racine, Wi, facility.

Experience and Qualifications
* Previous Inside or Outside Sales experience is required.
* Metals industry experience is preferred.
* Exceptional diligence and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and digital marketing.
* Competitive, goal oriented, driven with a passion to excel.
Minimum requirements
* High School diploma.
* Related field or comparable experience.
