Revvity Omics, a division of Revvity, is a clinical molecular and biochemical laboratory offering a variety of different screening and diagnostic testing options. From prenatal screening before birth to newborn screening shortly after birth and whole genome sequencing through one's lifetime. Our goal is to provide valuable and insightful information about potential underlying genetic conditions, guiding patients and providers to improved health outcomes.
In this role you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales goals for targeted customer segments. You will prospect and develop business, respond to RFPs, develop proposals for presentation to customers and negotiate lab service agreements. You will coordinate account resources with representatives from marketing, field and inside sales, clinical and technical teams.
You will play a key role as a consultative sales professional helping to build Revvity Omics (RO) market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships with focus on pharmaceutical companies and other B2B opportunities.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Develop tactical sales and marketing plans to grow RO's business in targeted areas.
Identify prospects and closing opportunities with the aim of securing a significant foothold for the business unit's range of genomic testing services within targeted customer segments.
Take ownership of new and existing account and partner cross-functionally to appropriately address the needs of customers
Develop and maintain strong customer connections at various levels in customer's organization.
Delivery of presentations on RO's products and services.
Demonstrate command of scientific knowledge to engage in high-level collaborative, mutli-faceted sales process.
Work collaboratively with marketing, field sales representatives, inside sales and account managers to maintain excellent customer support and drive revenue growth.
Travel to attend occasional industry/scientific conferences and internal meetings.
Maintain an accurate forecast and sales pipeline within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, documenting and tracking all leads, contacts, opportunities and activity history consistently and following best practices.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
4+ years of experience in sales within targeted customer segments
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree preferred
Successful contract negotiation skills
Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
Experience in selling diagnostic services with genetic testing sales preferred
Established contacts within pharmaceutical market
Comfort in consultative selling approach, lead generation, account planning and research, CRM tracking and reporting
Highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
Superior time management with adeptness in effectively identifying and prioritizing critical actions according to business requirements.
Process orientated, with knowledge of selling, marketing, and the customer care process.
