As part of the Controllership organization, this position will be responsible for managing Management's SOX program ensuring it is appropriately designed and tested, and ensuring all financial statement risks have been identified and mitigated. This role will require the ability to appropriately document and communicate assessment of control deficiencies, material change in internal control, and coordination with Internal Audit and External Auditor. This role will take direct responsibility for the performance of certain complex processes including repeat findings for the Audit Committee, OT equipment contract margin reviews and support of special projects within Controllership.
As a Sox Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a team covering the full range of controls within the HQ Controllership risk control matrix.
* Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working.
* Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
* Leading design and implementation of projects.

To be successful in this role you will have:
* Bachelor's degree (Finance/Accounting) from an accredited university or college.
* Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Controllership or corporate Management with a focus in SOX.
* Established project management skill & Internal Audit skills
