PAY RANGE : $45-$47/hr

• Review Hospice documentation (physician orders, certifications, election forms).
• Coordinate care by contacting hospice providers and members.
• Approve or flag cases by entering authorizations into the system.
• Report fraud, waste, and abuse if suspected.

Requirements:

• Must reside in CA-licensed RN
• 3+ years of Hospice experience (Managed Care preferred)
• Case Management experience and processing authorizations
