We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. Responsibilities:

· Operate heavy equipment including dozer, motor grader (blade), and excavator in a safe and efficient manner.

· Perform site grading, excavation, trenching, backfilling, and related earthmoving tasks.

· Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and GPS grading systems (if applicable).

· Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safe operation.

· Work closely with supervisors and crew members to meet project deadlines.

· Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment (dozer, blade, excavator).

· Strong understanding of grades, slopes, and construction site layouts.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

· Willingness to travel to various job sites (local/regional).

· Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· GPS machine control experience (Trimble, Topcon, etc.)

· Knowledge of equipment transport and rigging.

· OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus.

· Class A CDL is a plus
