We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and organizations with lots of B2B experience within Health Insurance setting. This is a requirement of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and media outlets.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Coordinate and execute trade show and conference participation.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and industry trends.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the health insurance industry.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
