Quad is seeking a Freight Coordinator to work at our Franklin, WI Packaging facility.

Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately monitor production schedule and inventory to ensure all products are available when needed for interplant or outbound shipments.
• Work effectively with co-workers and all other internal/external contacts.
• Communicating variance from plan to the necessary manufacturing and admin departments.
• Attend daily scheduling meetings.
• Set up shipments with Carrier services for jobs shipping via truckload/LTL and our truck.
• Prepare required paperwork and documentation such as Pick lists, Bill of Lading, and conformance documentation as needed.
• Understand and use basic math skills such as adding and subtracting.
• Coordinate with other Quad plants for transfers and pick-ups.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office equipment.
• Previous experience in logistics or freight coordination.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess good follow-up and excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate both verbally and written.

• The ability to organize and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Forklift experience a plus or a willingness to be certified.
• Able to work Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm. with overtime as required.
