Full Job Description
Position: Finance/Sales Operations Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL 33126 / 100% Remote
Duration: 5+ months Contract (Possible extension)
Overview:
This contractor will help the team to create Sales Forecast for LAC region and develop baseline insight for sales.
Must Have Skills:
- 5-10+ years of financial management and strategic sales operations planning in a B2B high-growth sales environment.
- Bachelors' degree
- LAC region knowledge & Spanish speaking & writing is required. Portuguese - Nice to have.
- Strong data analysis & forecasting experience.
- Excel/Power Point and Tableau
- Payments/Fintech industry background - Preferred
- Working knowledge of CRM (MSFT Dynamics) - Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Support quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline forecasting and goal creation with Sales Leadership and Finance
- Quota setting and working with comp team to align plans and quotas at individual level and support any queries.
- Partner with Sales Ops Support to simplify operations and drive consistency and efficiencies in the Sales process
- Sales planning and territory management
- Ad-hoc projects including analysis for revenue driving, sales enablement, and business insights initiatives.
