Your role in our mission - This person would be responsible for understanding the Tennessee Medicaid space and it's vision
- Helping link that business strategy with the latest in technology and productivity tools (i.e., SNOW, JAMA, JIRA)
- Helping define process modeling architecture standards and capturing the TennCare business space (right now we are centric to textual and rudimentary static diagrams). Gainwell Corporate Business Process space uses ProVision
- Helping establishing Gainwell as thought leaders and vision enablers at the highest levels of TN (C-level and direct reports)
- Helping establish business capability maps and technical enabler tools
- Ability to communicate with both technically and business terms
- High-Level knowledge with deep understanding around Technical System Consulting
What we're looking for - Six (6) or more years of Finance and/or Accounting experience.
- Expert-level Excel experience. Service Now and project accounting experience and expertise.
- Experience formulating Statements-of-Work & Change Records and Legal Writing (Contracts & Contract Instruments) to support contracts documentation.
- Vendor Negotiation and procurement experience.
- Technical Consulting Estimation experience (SOWs, State Budgeting, & Federal Advanced Planning Documents APDs).
- Forensic Accounting experience (tracking separate balances for Purchase Orders, SOWS/Control Letters, Amendments, and Contracts).

- CST time zone (flexible)

The pay range for this position is $118,800.00 - $169,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
