We are seeking  talented and motivated Experiential Graphic Designers to support our client’s Art Directors in the development and execution of a large-scale event. This role requires a strong foundation in both print and digital design, as well as a proven ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a keen eye for design and a passion for creating impactful visual materials. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Art Directors to develop and refine creative concepts for print and digital assets.
• Create sketches, mockups, and layouts to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop print and digital ad layouts for production, ensuring alignment with overall event branding.
• Source and curate relevant images to support design concepts.
• Prepare and upload design files to ClickUp for review and production.
• Assist in maintaining and updating project decks.

Qualifications:

• Strong visual communication skills and a keen eye for design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• A portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.

Required Experience:

• Solid experience in supporting large-scale events, including both print and digital asset creation.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with experiential marketing companies 
• Knowledge of print production processes.
• Familiarity with digital design and responsive layouts.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
