We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our expanding teamand fill an entry level sales to management position. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and progress towards a management position. It will be your responsibility to identify appropriate prospects with the leads provided, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories offered. Additionally, you will play a critical role in maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mondays are required office days, where you will attend weekly meetings and prep for the upcoming week. You will meet at the Troy location.
- Service existing client base while acquiring your own.
- Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus daily on client management/growth, training, and leadership development.
- Advance into leadership.

- The desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license & your own transportation.
- Must have a laptop.

Compensation details: 30000-100000 Yearly Salary
