• Perform routine operational support tasks
• Receive direction from supervisors and escalate questions and issues
• Interact with client personnel for basic information
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Collect, review, and validate insurance documents and policies to ensure accurate customer coverage.
• Ensure all documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and insurance agencies.
• Manage escalated customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with multiple levels of management to resolve complex issues.
• Use internal systems to research customer information and verify policy details.
• Identify discrepancies, gather missing information, and work towards resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and documentation activities.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the core system.

• 2+ years of Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, or Sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
