Director, NA Revenue Operations (Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN)

Job Description

Managing the revenue operations function and orchestrating all activities providing full transparency on revenue outlook including latest view to Region leader. Coordinates actions integrally with regards to revenue operations to optimize revenue. Acts as single point of contact for revenue forecast for latest view (LV) and fiscal year (FY). Oversight of overall revenue management.

Your role:

  • Lead and Manage Revenue Operations: You will lead a team responsible for the end-to-end market forecasting process for all health systems businesses, act as an escalation liaison between the field team and cross-functional support team and drive continuous improvement within the NAM Revenue Operations platform. Additionally, you will manage revenue operations activities to specific business, ensuring accurate forecasts, timely revenue execution, and the availability of equipment to meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate and Improve Processes: You will collaborate with Region Business Leaders, Finance, Function Leaders, Project Management leadership to ensure consistent project scheduling, facilitating accuracy in execution and reporting, while developing and implementing continuous improvements based on Lean principles. Additionally, you will provide critical insights to North America Key Stakeholders, aiding in revenue and inventory performance, and work with Sales and Commercial Operations Leadership to integrate actions, programs, or promotions into revenue forecasting models.

  • Enhance Revenue Performance: You will lead and develop end-to-end revenue forecasting for NA, facilitating ongoing management and problem-solving on key KPIs to enhance revenue performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Global Business Services (GBS) team to ensure orders are invoiced according to Philips global policies and work with factories and Business Group partners to mitigate barriers to revenue, achieve cycle time goals, and complete all required reports on time.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in S&OP / Supply Chain / Finance / Revenue operations, with demonstrated people management skills.

  • Your skills include proficiency in driving and supporting daily management using Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies, and motivating change through continuous improvement; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivots and v-lookups), and experience in conducting critical path analysis and assessing the impact of schedule changes.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (required), as well as a Master’s degree (preferred)

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You’re an excellent communicator, Ability to effectively communicate and present to internal/external partners and the Executive Committee and interact effectively at all organizational levels; and must possess a flexible work style, adaptable to customer requirements, and ability to think creatively.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $148,000 to $250,000

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $132,000 to $225,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN.
