About the Team
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team within Nutanix is a small high energy team providing finance partnership to business leaders across all functions. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a high impact team in a fast-growing organization. We provide analysis to support strategic decisions, conduct financial reviews of a wide range of business issues and manage financial processes such as planning, forecasting, reporting, and tracking performance.
Your Role
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, CRO, RevOps, CFO, FP&A, Treasury, Accounting to align with internal OKRs.
- Manage the quarterly and annual planning and budgeting process
- Working knowledge of applicable revenue recognition and accounting guidelines
- Drive the FP&A calendar on a regional basis
- Coordinate with Accounting/Tax teams for local close and filing requirements
- Streamline and improve financial planning processes and tools
- Identify and drive new relevant corporate metrics and KPIs on SaaS and Renewals
- Participate in cross-functional company task forces on various projects
What You Will Bring
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Experience in financial planning in a large public company
- CPA, CMA and/or MBA highly desirable
- Ability to drive process improvement and streamline financial planning
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented and proactive mindset
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 184,240 and USD $ 368,520 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
