Our large retail client is looking for a Junior Digital Designer and a Digital Designer to join their team for about 40 hours a week with the opportunity to convert to fulltime!

This person must be hybrid 2 days a week on-site in either Chicago or the Northern Suburbs.

The Digital Designers will be responsible for:
- An average of 2-3 emails/day, using Stripo as the email builder
- Ad hoc requests to support social campaigns, monthly promotions, event collateral and internal communications
- Work closely with the Project Managers to manage design requests and collaborate with the designers to ideate and design various collateral.

Digital Designer Requirements:
- Experience designing corporate email blasts, paid media ads for an in-house team
- Ability to work on multiple brands, following brand guidelines
- Strong Illustrator, Photoshop skills with familiarity or willingness to learn Figma and Stripo

Candidates must have a portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of foundational design principles such as typography, layout, concept development and brand usage.
