Our leading food service client is seeking a Hands-On, Highly Creative Copy Manager to join their inhouse/internal agency team on a fulltime basis.

This position is hybrid w/ 3 days onsite (Tues/Wed/Thurs)

This is an exciting opportunity to create/own the brand voice and help lead the day to day creative for this client.

Copy Manager Capabilities:
+ Ability to be hands on and also manage a team (management experience)
+ Highly creative and conceptual; ability to brainstorm, etc
+ Food experience or interest in learning/researching it
+ Agency and/or In House experience
+ Ability to present work
+ Ability to prioritize/organize/manage your own work
+ Stays on top of Trends

Copy Manager Responsibilities:
+ Will be Hands-on Writing while also managing a fulltime CW along with a couple temp Writers
+ Creating/owning the company's brand voice
+ Working closely with the Design Manager to oversee all creative work for the company; taking requests from HR, Marketing, Communications, etc and leading the day to day
+ Write and edit copy for various channels, including but not limited to website content, advertising campaigns, email marketing, social media posts, and product descriptions..
+ Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing and branding objectives.
+ Creates exciting and unique brand and product stories that resonate with our customers.
+ Develops and maintains brand style guides. Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels
+ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform content strategies and messaging.
+ Attends meetings and makes presentations to company stakeholders as necessary.
+ Presents creative concepts to cross functional teams to ensure communication of the brand strategy and execution of the concept.
+ Manages copy development, including overall organization, flow, direct fact checking, appropriate referencing, fair balance and other regulatory requirements in partnership with Legal.
+ Lead and manage a team of copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
