Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: San Jose, CA 95134

Duration: 12 Months

Description:

Pay Range: $65/hr-$70/hr

Construction Manager Qualifications / Skills:

• Knowledge of construction technology, safety, and quality principles
• Experience with commercial building construction, clean room construction, and installation of chemical production processes
• Proficient with project budgeting and forecasting processes and tools
• Proficient in project controls, including schedule management processes and tools

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelors in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or other related discipline or equivalent Experience
• 10+ years of experience as construction manager with experience across commercial building construction,
• clean room construction, and installation of chemical production processes
• Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools
• OSHA 30 certification minimum
• Experience and capable of interpreting ASME, ACI, Building Construction and Owner Standards and Procedures
• Experience with Accident Investigations and reports
• First Aid and CPR Certification
