As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Audiologist to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a full-time Audiologist to provide high-quality care in the evaluation and treatment of hearing and balance disorders. The role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including cochlear implant, OSIA/BAHA, and hearing aid evaluations and programming. You will also perform diagnostic audiograms for patients of all ages. The successful candidate will also be required to work at a satellite clinic approximately one day per week, providing comprehensive audiology services at that location. Additional opportunities include working with diagnostic evoked potentials, vestibular services (VNG, VHIT, VEMPs), and tinnitus evaluations and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cochlear implant, OSIA/BAHA, and hearing aid evaluations and programming
- Perform diagnostic audiograms for patients of all ages
- Provide diagnostic evoked potentials, vestibular services (VNG, VHIT, VEMPs), and tinnitus evaluations and treatment
- Offer comprehensive audiology services at a satellite clinic one day per week
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Supervise and work with graduate student externs and third-year students on a limited basis (as a teaching facility)
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Audiology
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Iowa
- Strong clinical skills and experience in the evaluation and management of hearing loss and balance disorders
- Experience or interest in cochlear implants, BAHA, vestibular testing, and tinnitus management is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package:
Iowa Ear Center offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation package for the Audiologist position, including:
- Starting Salary: $75,000 - $84,000, commensurate with experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon joining the team
