Full Job Description
The Scout Client Partner is responsible for securing new Scout business. Leveraging a deep understanding of each client’s talent acquisition challenges, the CP grows its portfolio by providing potential clients with insight, feedback, and best practices to accelerate successful hires while building trust in the Scout Marketplace. Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate, manage, and organize a pipeline, and have a strong track record of developing new businesses. You are comfortable taking the initiative and working with teams in multiple functions necessary for your success. In collaboration with Aquent’s Sales team, you are expected to drive growth across the organization. You will be required to set targets, forecast, and create sales strategies that speak to current and future client needs.

Essential Functions
• Work collaboratively with the EO team to identify, target, and pursue Scout sales opportunities.
• Accurately track and manage the Scout pipeline
• Conduct prospect client discovery and demo calls effectively.
• Build an effective consultative relationship with clients during the sales process.
• Grow revenue at assigned accounts, meeting or exceeding agreed annual goals for assigned portfolio.
• Apply understanding of client needs, plans, and industry trends to stay ahead of upcoming requests.
• Address recruitment process and service or satisfaction challenges at assigned clients.
• Identify new recruitment opportunities (divisions/departments/large projects) at clients where Scout can deliver talent at scale.
• Negotiate expectations, contract terms, conditions, and pricing of services with new clients.
• Continuously identify and realize new revenue opportunities with each client.
• Support product development team via feedback and insight from clients
• Support training and onboarding of new Client Success Managers
Required Skills/Abilities/Profile:
• Skilled in identifying where revenue opportunities
• Ability to understand how to maximize flow and value for clients and partners using Scout
• Strong collaboration skills: Skilled in identifying when and where to engage internal Aquent and Scout teams, rallying them to support opportunities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
Required Experience & Education:
• Proven success and experience selling multi-million dollar professional services to premier brands required.
• 3-5 years of consultative sales experience, ideally in product sales or professional services.
• Experience with penetrating existing accounts via identifying new client contacts.
• Experience in expanding existing accounts through networking, delivery success, and account-based marketing.
• Demonstrated experience with analytic ability, including familiarity with financial analysis tools, budgets, and business planning.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce.
• Excellent troubleshooting and negotiating skills
• During sales meetings, you should think on your feet to overcome objections, describe our competitive advantages, and answer tough questions.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree desired or relevant professional experience
Preferred Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
• 5+ years experience working in the staffing industry, ideally working with large-scale clients
• 2 - 5 years of account experience in software, technical documentation, or staffing industry.
• Experience manipulating data in Tableau to create user-friendly presentations for data review with search firm partners
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer of up to 8 hours per day.
• Remote position.
