Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, fast learner, and detail-oriented Classified Legal Ad Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ad copy and processing legal and LLC advertisements for our clients, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. Must be able to work independently. Position requires reporting to The Gazette office Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 until proficient. Work from home can be an option after that.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage legal and LLC advertisements, ensuring they meet all guidelines and deadlines.
• Work closely with clients to collect necessary ad copy and ensure ad accuracy.
• Proofread and review all ads for compliance before publication.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with the sales and billing departments to ensure timely and accurate ad placement.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in advertising, legal compliance, or publishing is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in typing, Microsoft Office suite, and computer skills.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
