Unique opportunity to join Riverside Community Care’s Executive Leadership Team as Chief Behavioral Health Strategy Officer.
Riverside is one of the largest and most respected non-profit behavioral healthcare and human service organizations in Massachusetts, and this is an exciting time as we expand our reach within the state and globally – bringing our expertise to more people around the world. Our continued growth and commitment to innovation leads us to seek an additional executive level leader to help drive strategic management while ensuring continued excellence in our large array of mental health, addiction, child and family, developmental and cognitive services.
Riverside’s high-quality services, innovation, advocacy and attention to staff morale have earned us recognition, the respect of our peers, and high ratings from our employees and the people we serve.
The Chief Behavioral Health Strategy Officer (CBHSO) serves as a member of Riverside’s Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the oversight of developing, executing, sustaining, and communicating the organization’s behavioral health strategic initiatives alongside the CEO, EVP, and CFO.
The CBHSO provides leadership, oversight, professional guidance, and coaching in program and project development of service delivery within the organization. The CBHSO is involved in operational day to day projects, working with key staff on critical initiatives.
Additionally, the CBHSO as part of the Executive Leadership Team will lead in the identification of business opportunities, service trends, and key program and departmental integration projects. The CBHSO ensures high quality services that effectively carry out the organization’s mission and strategic plan in a fiscally, legally, and ethically responsible manner that is compliant with regulatory and contractual obligations and Riverside policy.
