The Angular Components Lead will spearhead the development of reusable, robust, and scalable Angular components across our suite of web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of the Angular framework, exceptional coding skills, and a proven track record in leading development teams towards achieving enterprise milestones with efficiency and best practices in mind.
Skills and Competencies:
- 7+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years focused on Angular.
- Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Nice to have experience building NestJS REST APIs
- Nice to have experience leading or managing development teams.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-quality Angular components with a focus on performance, scalability, and reusability.
- Lead and mentor a team of Angular developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting code reviews, following best practices, and integrating testing methodologies into the development process.
- Work closely with the product management team to define feature specifications, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Stay abreast of new Angular features and best practices, integrating them into the development process to enhance productivity and the user experience.
- Act as a key stakeholder in architectural and strategic discussions, advocating for solutions that align with the enterprise goals and long-term vision.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$134,800.00 - [[$195,550.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
