Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation

In this role, you will:

• Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
• Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
• File, photocopy, and answer phones
• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Work under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications, US:

• 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 6+ months Cash vault or cash handling experience
• 10-key numerical data entry experience
• Knowledge and understanding of cash vault operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Experience working high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented production environment
• Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

Job Expectations:

• Training: (on the job training)
• Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm until work is completed (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)
• Standing up to 6-8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/CasVault (lifting and pulling)
• Ability to work additional hours as needed
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
