Reporting to the Manager of Business Services in the Data Management Organization (DMO), the Associate Business Services Analyst on the DMO Product Information Management (PIM) team supports successful collaboration with internal and external business partners, to publish data for eCommerce and in store sales. You will work with systems like Salsify, Syndigo, and other content publication systems to enable accurate data transmission. Our group, The Data Management Organization (DMO), sits within Conagra's Global Business Services Group.
You will:
Help gather and interpret data with various levels of problem solving
Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions
Present analytical findings that assist understanding, alignment, and informed decision making
Help to improve business processes and customer requests
Work across functions and with various levels within the organization
Document business process and recommend process improvements
Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues
Support work in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment
Organize and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
Work both independently and in a cross functional team
Work across geographies and cultures

You Have:
Bachelor's degree in business related field
Intellectual curiosity
Can be a self-starter and work independently
Possesses the capacity to apply critical thinking
Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to travel (Domestic and International)
Ability to work and perform in a fun, agile and fast-paced business environment
Ability to work 3 days per week onsite in our Omaha office: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
