As an ARMO Supervisor, you'll manage a team of technicians, schedule repairs, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

As an ARMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Fleet Management:

  • Lead and manage maintenance activities for the flexible pipe systems fleet.
  • Ensure all assets are maintained in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Monitor and manage the health, availability, and performance of all fleet assets.

Maintenance Supervision:

  • Supervise preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.

Asset Planning and Utilization:

  • Oversee asset planning, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to manage spare parts and inventory.
  • Plan for future asset needs, including upgrades and replacements, in line with operational goals.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff.
  • Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and asset statuses.
  • Prepare and present reports on fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and asset utilization to senior management.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a technical diploma or 7 years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical function or other relevant industrial experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive, electronic).
  • Have previous experience in oilfield operations equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Display dynamic knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Maintain the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Have knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
