Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $91,285.15 yearly
To allow for growth and salary progression the full salary range is $91,285.15 - $124,969.28 annually. Employees will have the opportunity to move through the posted range based on annual performance reviews and merit increases.

Position Information
Under the general direction of the assigned Manager, the Aquatics Programs and Facilities Supervisor sets the vision, innovation and direction of Aquatics programs in accordance to the Mission Led Comprehensive Program and Strategic Plans, and assumes comprehensive administrative oversight of all operational duties as they relate to Aquatics facilities and in accordance with the Level of Service Plan.
In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to:
